The Challenge
In need of a vendor/partner who could provide proactive and reactive support for core virtual and standalone infrastructure, the client wanted a single integrated operational model to manage its IT environment. This included upgrading the business operations, securing the systems, service optimization and monitoring. The client also requested monitoring and support services from Smart IMS.
The Solution
Smart IMS developed and deployed a holistic solution for the client which included server infrastructure, risk analysis and management, service optimization and monitoring, as well as 24×7 support. The solution also involved Smart IMS upgrading the existing system and databases to the latest versions.
