Krishna has extensive experience in diverse sectors, including Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector, Maritime, and Logistics. He has successfully driven growth in key areas such as Credit Risk, Trade Finance, AML, and FSLDM solutions. Moreover, he has played a significant role in M&A activities, contributing to acquisition strategy, seamless integration, and delivering enhanced business value.
A graduate of Cardiff University, Krishna spent over nine years at Saksoft, holding various leadership roles. He was instrumental in establishing Saksoft as a trusted enterprise provider for core solutions such as product and platform development, data and analytics, application modernization, and cloud solutions across key industry verticals.
Committed to building strong client relationships and delivering impactful, sustainable solutions, Krishna is driven by a passion for innovation and growth. With thirty years of experience in office Secretary / Administration with various internationally operating companies, Michiyo has a vast base of knowledge and skills which range from event organization, interpretation and translation, and team building/HR responsibilities. She has played a crucial part in the ability of ITCS Group to expand and flourish in the APAC arena by putting together and training teams of individuals who have the qualifications and drive to make their company stand out among all others in their field. It is her dedication to excellence in her sphere of influence that motivates others to strive for the shared goals of the company.
Michiyo achieves a well-rounded lifestyle, enjoying time with her family when she is not at work. They volunteer their time and energy to community projects, most recently with groups involved with earthquake relief efforts. Michiyo maintains close ties with friends in Japan as well as in many other countries.
With years of dedicated service to the member companies of Smart IMS Group, Billy is the Manger, APAC HR & Operations of the company who focuses on the operations across the APAC region. Bringing a wealth of experience from both the banking and property development industries, he ensures smooth and efficient operations while fostering a people-centric culture within the company.
A Bachelor of Business graduate from Monash University, Billy applies knowledge and practical experience to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company’s growth. His leadership in managing diverse teams and ensuring smooth operations across a dynamic region has been key to the ongoing success of the company.
In addition to the operational expertise, Billy is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, having worked closely with charity groups and NGOs to strengthen community engagement.
His ability to align operational practices with client needs, while maintaining a focus on compliance and social impact, has been crucial to the company’s success in the APAC region.
Michelle Lu is a strategic and results-driven talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience in recruitment and business partnering across the APAC region. Currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Manager at Smart IMS, Michelle specializes in IT, banking, and Financial Services recruitment. She has a proven track record of building high-performance recruitment teams and designing talent strategies that align with business objectives, driving both operational excellence and continuous improvement. A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Michelle is committed to fostering inclusive work environments where diverse talent can thrive. She actively promotes opportunities for women in technology, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
Michelle’s expertise spans the full spectrum of talent acquisition, from sourcing and attracting top-tier IT professionals to managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multinational organizations. Ellen has a degree in BS in Psychology, graduated with honor, and a licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines and a Professional Agricultural Engineer, Eri values integrity, adaptability, proper communication, and collaborative approach.
Prior to being in sales-related roles, she worked in EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) for 5.5 years for a leading Japanese company and worked with 2 leading Korean companies on a major joint-venture project.
Eri is dedicated to continuous learning, with a focus on IT operations, project management, cross-cultural collaboration, and employee development. Her ability to adapt and thrive in diverse work environments, along with her 12+ years of experience working with international stakeholders, enables her to manage large-scale projects for our clients – facilitating seamless coordination and positive results.
In addition to being a certified Professional Agricultural Engineer, Eriza has earned the certification for JLPT N4 proficiency in Japanese and a 職業紹介責任者 (Shokugyou Shoukai Sekininsha) training completion certificate.
